LibQual+™ at the Massachusetts Maritime Academy

Incentives for Students 
The Library will award
- three 1GB iPod shuffles and
- six $ 25 gift certificates to the MMA Bookstore.
The incentives will be awarded in December through a random drawing from email addresses submitted by MMA students at the end of the completed survey. Cadets/undergraduates and Master's program students are eligible for incentives.

What is LibQual?
LibQual+™ is a web based, user-satisfaction survey developed by the Association of Research Libraries (ARL) that measures library users' perceptions of their libraries' service quality. To learn more about LibQUAL+™, see the LibQUAL+™ homepage at http://www.libqual.org.
The Massachusetts Maritime Academy is participating in the LibQual+™ survey for the first time, this fall (2007). We ask you to complete the 10 to 15 minute survey which is important because it:
- Gives you an opportunity to comment on the MMA Library's resources and services.
- Helps us better understand how the Massachusetts Maritime Academy community rates library facilities, collections, and services.
- Tells us where we should concentrate improvements for MMA Library users.
- Allows us to benchmark Massachusetts Maritime Academy survey results against those of other colleges and universities to determine best practices.
